"Some thoughts after the news broke that Leonard had to step back due to health reasons. First of all wishing him a full recovery of course. While he has been instrumental for Constellation Software as its founder and president he has also built a resilient organization with a lot of talented individuals. Mark Miller and Bernie Anzarouth in particular have been there since the early days so top management seems well-positioned. "8/10 Regarding companies Philips $PHG $PHIA.AS was a great investment in hindsight but several relatively new investments still need to pan out as well. Clarivate $CLVT Institut Merieux $BIM.PA Christian Louboutin TagEnergy and LifeNet are also about X% of GAV. I do have to say Im quite optimistic about especially Merieux and Louboutin which really complement the Exor portfolio. The others also seem to be co-investments with talented entrepreneurs"
