Well we have good news for you: we refactored the SDK and got its size down from 34MB to just over 1MB. This was the cause of the long load times as the v12 SDK required a large amount of libraries which on Windows with real-time threat scanning enabled (the default) caused the unpacking of the executable to take a very long time.
