Hyprop is raising funds primarily to finance a potential voluntary bid to acquire a controlling shareholding in MAS P.L.C. a strategic move to expand its portfolio of dominant retail centers particularly in Eastern Europe. This capital raise conducted through an accelerated bookbuild will issue new Hyprop shares to secure the necessary funding for this acquisition and is also intended to reduce debt pursue"
