"My opinion (in simple terms): This move by South Koreas FSS is mostly positive in the long run. It shows serious intent to clean up manipulation protect regular users from whales and shady practices and force exchanges to actually take security seriously. But at the same time it will probably make the Korean crypto scene more boring and less liquid for short-term / high-risk traders. Many people will likely move volume to global platforms (Bybit Binance etc.) where rules feel looser. Bottom line: Safer market good for most normal investors Stricter & quieter market not so fun for aggressive"
