Whilst I didn't go full "Lion" I went very restrictive #carnivore with some nasties (coffee/stevia/home made ice cream). After "zero" fruit/vegetables for [--] months I've decided that fresh coconut when in SE Asia is a "must" and perhaps a coffee with coconut cream.
