"One thing I take into account when looking at semis is which ones are still near/below their [----] highs. $MU $ASML and $LRCX for instance. I remain bullish on semis and think the next leg up could be more broad once we get more clarity on future demand. If earnings and guidance remain strong post Deepseek we could see a broadening of semis. Regarding homebuilders I look at them in a similar way.
