As you can see written in plain English the @AtlasWallet company records show that the Class B shares have zero voting power. You will see that X founder share which is obviously for Sam is worth 50000 voting power Additional 199999 Class A shares (because X founder share comes out of the 200000 allocated class A shares) are available with X voting power per share. All of these shares are currently under Sams control as no shares"
