Many positive catalysts on the horizon the biggest being the soon-to-be-announced hyperscaler partner for their phase I build out with Sharon AI. Ive been focused on BTM strategies for several years in Texas and demand has (finally) caught up and has now well overshot existing supply for decades to come.
