"Yup it rose too long so if I tried to make it into a loaf it would fall flat/ fall to rise so I just flattened it out preemptively and topped it with herbscheese and olive oil and voila it's a foccacia When I want foccacia I usually make my standard loaf but with half the yeast so it's basically the same thing.
