"I'm happy to be proven wrong but when I looked last year hedging my leveraged long was a tricky one vs OOTM options. Main reasons: - More expensive for a long dated position (which people at the time told me "that's not what you use perps for) - Funding rate changes made it hard to predict costs I'm interested to see if Pendle's Boros could allow me to fully hedge out the position at a fixed rate (so basically structure an options product) and if rates have come down. Again - very happy to be proven wrong it just didn't seem appealing to me personally when I last looked."
