"Today we reopened sweetgreen NoMadrelocated just down the street but with the same soul and the same food. Back in 2012 we were still pretty much a DC company with less than XX locations. A friend Roy Alpert who was working with the new NoMad Hotel- they were building something special: a new restaurant from Daniel Humm (best chef in the world) and Will Guidara and the hotel was curating the best of the best. The question was simple: what fast-casual concept deserves a place here Our first reaction was honestly: were probably not ready.And then the bigger thought hit: why not us It turned out"
