"Arizona must be way different than New England to have these thoughts. NH has been one of the biggest % increases in US value wise. IMO nearly impossible. Housing usually last to fall too after market crashes. People are renting like mad because they can't afford (yet). It really needed to take out the retail who were looking to make a quick buck and crush those dreams shake the tree and flush them out -- those who were not true HODL's.
