"They all are anti competitive but Regulatory acceptance depends more on market overlap than sheer corporate size. Disney has virtually overlaps in everything that WB offers and to a lesser extent Paramount does as well. Comcast while they do own universal is still largely seen as cable operator not necessarily a dominant global IP house"
