"Firefly is outdated. You have to install the google chrome wallet extension or the nightly wallet. There you have to restore your Wallet with your Mnemonic from your Firefly wallet (24 Words). There you should see your founds. Never give anyone that words or any Backup file. They will not need them to help you"
