"AP govt seems to have given so many incentives to sweeten up the deal for Google Datacenter in Vizag. From discounted land reimbursement of GST reimbursement on Power Infra works to discount of X rupee per unit on power for XX years AP govt seems to have gone all in for this deal. Even with half of the deal offered for next companies it's tough for other cities to compete for any data centers. No doubt Vizag will become a Datacenter city. But need to see if the returns to the state are worth the efforts in long-term"

"Just when I thought everything was finally going well for My Home Nishada theres always that one Kattappa in the My Home group who manages to sabotage every project with his wacky exterior paint choices. Be it Avatar Sayuk or Nishada their exterior color selection has always been terrible. And its such a shame because Nishada actually has great exterior potential with those large glass faades.
