"Subnets are scary. When we look at how $TAO distribution has evolved one thing is clear: $TAO are leaving the Root but not heading to subnets theyre going to private wallets. The inverse correlation between both is obvious in the two graphs on the right. The subnet market is truly worrying. Investors prefer to leave the Root and keep their TAO idle rather than delegate to subnets. 👉As a result subnets dont receive fresh liquidity and their prices fall under heavy emissions. The slight increase in $TAO share on subnets (left graoh) mainly comes from subnet emissions which adds constant"
