There's a growing movement to "free" Hedera's USDC, with many calling for it to be listed on major platforms like Coinbase and Kraken. The hashtag #freeTheHederaUSDC is trending, with influencers and users urging Circle and other companies to support Hedera's stablecoin. The issue seems to be that Hedera's USDC is not integrated with Circle's CCTP v2, making cross-chain swaps with it fee-based while others are free.
