"To give fidelity the benefit of doubt I would say they are not liquidity providers they cannot issue warrants and they certainly favor trade delivery over market dynamics. Brokers in general are at major risk. DTCC and MM are responsible for record locates. Computershare is a certified ledger so the transition was kind of smooth but its still not executed properly or even complete with an assigned price point. GameStop just blew the lid off and is handing out popcorn and tickets for the show. Enjoy"
