"Where we live it's a constant battle with mold because the humidity is XX% all the time. I used to have mushrooms growing on my wood furniture. I have found that changing the PH of the surface where it grows destroys the spores and discourages growth. I use hydrogen peroxide to clean and if it's really bad lock a vaporizer in a room and fill it 50/50 with water and peroxide and leave it for a couple hours. Fill a spray bottle with peroxide and spray it everywhere you have mold. This is the only thing I've used that works"
