"Youre basically right on todays share count of 1.1B legacy shares the GAAP BV is $90/sh. The thing is that cap table disappears in the recap: SPS gets dealt with Treasurys XXXX% warrants and the JPS come in and we end up closer to 6.4B sh and $1215 of TBV/sh.
