"Selling Prefs as the primary business model would suffice IF Bitcoin is sold to pay the dividends in lieu of the common stock. Companies in a fiat world can command illogical multiples but well be returning to common sense in a Bitcoin world. If a company is going to trade at a multiple and outperform the best performing asset in human history they will need risk a portion of their Bitcoin stack to do it.
