"10-20kg is a realistic amount of overweight but not 40kg. 40kg is absolute insane and equals to around [---] seconds loss per lap. If youre that overweight you are basically guaranteed bottom of the grid. Neweys cars always tended to have a bit of overweight which then has been reduced in the course of the season with upgrades but a deficit of 40kg is simply just unrealistic and ridiculous. 40kg overweight would make the car heavier than the AMR25 and this basically says it all. Sometimes its better to judge information yourself and dont just believe everything you see online"
