"I had a few questions about how I make the cheese crisp snack I showed in a recent reply photo. I use a cast iron skillet with the burner on high. If you use low heat it just melts and sticks. When the edges turn crispy brown start working around it with a spatula and keep working towards the center. With a good pan you don't need oil or (heaven forbid) cooking spray. I tear it up and eat sour cream with it. Tasty and a good low-carb/high-fat treat"
