"reminder that $NTR is flat for X years (-4%). The big "diversified" model (or as I call "diluted model") is breaking the problem is potash isnt really their focus. They constantly eat losses in Brazil due to poor economics have billion-dollar capex cycles layers of bureaucracy and slow pivots its an increasingly tough setup in todays environment. Just look at Jansen or $MOS announcement today. Meanwhile some pure plays with lean capex agility better locations stronger geology and focused world-class teams keep showing why they can outperform.
