"I love my model and now I feel a little more confident about it. I always felt like my rigging was stiff and expressionless but never wanted to say anything for fear of coming across as ungrateful or insulting toward my rigger who was inexperienced but did it for free to get more practice. "@cptreveanent @Dexerto I'm not saying that. I don't know if they can or not I'm not a lawyer. Their contract in San Diego still has several years on it but there is talk of hosting the event in texas next year. We'll just have to wait and see"

"This isn't really on Twitch though. This is on the venue staff at the convention center. These ppl don't work for Twitch. Twitch will probably use this as ammunition when they attempt to break their contract with the San Diego convention Center and move the event elsewhere (San Antonio if the rumors are true). If successful they use this as a way to blame the venue for most if not all of the issues they've had and claim that they've "fixed the problem" by changing venues. It won't save them unless the fire the Supreme Gooner and clean up their act but it would probably keep the ship afloat a"

"I don't think it's fair to put this on Twitch. Don't get me wrong TwitchCon was a mess and there are a lot of problems to blame the purple site for but this was almost certainly San Diego Convention Center staff not Twitch employees (per the accounts of the streamers involved). Twitch has been public with their dissatisfaction with the SDCC and there are whispers that they want to get out of their contract and move future events to another location"
