"Low time frame I wouldnt be surprised if one or several major funds announce insolvency in the coming week(s). Were likely looking at fully liquidated positions and possibly even insolvencies among market-neutral funds or levered liquidity providers. They got wiped out on their long side while their short hedge was auto-closed due to a lack of counterparties during the cascade. That means they took the full loss on their longs but didnt realize any gains on the shorts a brutal outcome for any market-neutral strategy. "PUMP was obvious because they suddenly started to buy back the coin with their fees. This was a massive but also sudden change in the fundamental value of the project and it took a while to rerate. Previously it was Ethereum with the TCOs. But I doubt this is something that "always" happens so there probably isn't one of those trades in the market right now"

"Why we went down: I'm still working it through but it seems that the reason for the crash was that we saw the first cracks in US liquidity. The regional banking index went down yesterday pulling everything else down as well. This is a huge inflection point. If things get worse we might see a FED pivot and liquidity injections which could lead to full risk-on season with BTC reaching $150000. Im excited for that. However I won't buy any dips now as things could get much worse before they get better. There's a big risk here: If inflation is high at the end of the month the Fed can't soften"
