"I have personally used Ledger hardware wallets for about X years. Today is the first day I've decided to look elsewhere. Apparently newer Ledger hardware devices (Nano S plus and Nano X) have the capability of sending the private key from the device. Not good. This just came to light as Ledger unveiled its #LedgerRecover service. This "recovery service" is actually not the core issue. It's what it tells us about the hardware wallet's capabilities. It feels like everything about this cycle has taken longer than usual. That's why I still consider an extended cycle is on the table. An extension by 1-2 months into Jan/Feb would not surprise me. Bitcoin would need an appropriate amount of time to run up if it breaks out and there just isnt enough time left in 2025 to allow enough time for a break out move especially one that would have been building for so long. Imo strict 4-year-cycle bros are going to miss this one if BTC didnt top already in Oct X 2025. Bottom line: I dont think a final top will occur in Nov or Dec 2025"
