So much so that you can simply apply a naive forecast (whatever happened yesterday will happen again today). ETF inflow/outflow is one of these esaily predicted factor. Simply put if there was a large inflow yesterday expect a large inflow today until the trends reverse. Do this and you predictoin accuracy will be suprisingly high.
