"No the Keeta is not currently quantum-proof. It relies on classical elliptic curve digital signature algorithms-specifically ECDSA with secp256k1 ECDSA with secp256r1 and Ed25519 which are vulnerable to quantum attacks like Shor's algorithm that could break elliptic curve cryptography. This is literally from the Keeta doc itself so Im not sure where you got that from. However Keeta is quantum ready. its architecture is extendable allowing it to add post-quantum cryptographic (PQC) algorithms and fully migrate to quantum-safe cryptography without core system changes. This is what Qustream"

Hes also the global lead at Capgemini. Hes written quite a few published papers. They already have a nation state bank and clients lined up to implement the algorithm.
