"Seeing many people post ATH portfolio lately. 1) ATH doesn't mean anything related to investing skillset in near term just a feature of the market. No need to feel vindicated or proud of oneself. Just like market crash doesn't equate to a bad investor the reverse is true for market top. 2) The fall from market top albeit temporarily is coming soon based on my experience undergoing a few market cycles. 3) Above do not constitute or affect my investment decisions. "Environment is important especially for teenagers. In their journey of finding themselves classmates influences the most as bulk of their time is spent in school. My sec X son got into above average school but I can sense the (bad) influence on him - gaming. He is crazy over brawlstars lately playing at every opportunity. I cannot use previously authoritarian method but advise like a friend to get him out of this addictive game. I cannot cut off his device and games instantly because he is no longer a kid. I have to manage him carefully to maintain the relationship. Not easy to be a father"

"OK I qualify ahead of schedule. 🙏 Just checked with DBS treasure. No benefits for me. In fact it is the opposite more trading commission if I switched over from ibkr. And got my hated fee - custodian fee of $XXX per quarter or something for US equities. They offered to do stock options (which I can do myself) or complicated fund (which has high fee and I don't need). So no. I am not applying for AI and not transfer equities to DBS"

Traders make money economists sound smart but how many actually make money consistently over time 2) Have a system and stick to it.
