"Step 1). Look up US largest exports to Brazil Step 2). Look up Petrobras Americas I wont do the research for you nor explain except to say almost all of the surplus goes right back to Brazil. In one pocket into another. Also just try to do business with Petrobras Americas to any large extent if youre not Brazilian-connected. Its a sham"
