"Turns out @saylor cannot sell stock at the money to raise capital as soon as they're advised of their upcoming Nasdaq admittance. This means if they're told they're getting in tomorrow they cannot sell any stock at the money until Friday 13th when the announcement is made. This could make sense as to why MSTR has hard dumped a lot of shares into the market today to raise the capital to buy #Bitcoin next week while they're locked out. If this is true price should be rising next week. And also - if they keep hitting the ATM next week it could signal that they have not actually been admitted"
