"T-addresses are the most easily supported because they're bitcoin-like so you'll see CoinPayments dot net and other payment processors who support Zcash using those. Most merchants accept crypto through a processor if they accept crypto at all. Just how it is these days. Merchants that really care about crypto enough to accept directly through their own infra now have an easy option for shielded Zcash through a plugin for BTCPay Server.
