"The thesis for me over the last couple of weeks has been: drone sanctions against Russia's refinery complex are causing them to shift from being a net exporter of refined products to a net importer. Since gasoline is a worldwide commodity it ends up being pulled from somewhere else. This was the first data point I got that supports that thesis.
