"$SPY we will likely close above XXX so the bear case will be invalidated for now. I closed my long term swings for a loss around XXX and jumped on shorter dated puts at XXX for the gap fill. The volume today is having me suspicious so thats another reason for the shorter dated puts swing. We will see if this move is real or fake in the next couple of days. Other than that a small pull back then ATH if not straight to ATH"

"$SPY closed below the 20MA again and formed a H&S on the daily. The bearish engulfing candle from last week was followed by a spinnig top with the MACD and histogram going down with decent volume. The hourlies are making lower highs and lower lows with a nice bear flag on the 4H. Im expecting further downside in the coming weeks before a bottom especially if $SPY loses the XX dma. I will reassess if we get a daily close above 667"

"The $VIX is kinda high so options are expensive now. I dont think buying puts now is a good idea with intraday timeframes oversold or nearing oversold levels even if its a lotto. It could definitely drop but the risk reward isnt there. In the bigger picture the structure is becoming more bearish now so i definitely want to jump back on puts but I need to time it well"

"$SPY Im going all cash into tomorrow. I dont think it can drop below 656-655 overnight and I sold my last contract at XXX with a high $VIX its not worth it to swing anything for me. Ill be hoping for a rally to test 665-667 to renter puts. Today we got a close below the 20dma however and the daily structure looks uglier and uglier. If it loses the 50dma all hell should break loose to the downside. Thats the level to watch"
