Ive attended events in almost every country as a marketing lead as an event director as an event owner as a content creator and sometimes just as an end user. Based on all of these experiences I can confidently say this: 95% of the people attending conferences dont actually choose the events intentionally. They dont read the event description. They dont analyze the value. They look at the project name the venue the food and the drinks. So the real question is: Are teams building events to be approved by crowds who dont know what they want Or are they"
