"Wrong. OP is mainly for Staker. Validator gets a % of the rewards from the Staker. Means= OP empty = no Staker = a lot of coins in circulation. Decreasing OP is a bad sign for a shit chain other chains have inflation to fill it. We have tax but we burn the tax.
