Archax has acquired Germany-based digital asset manager DDA, expanding its regulatory footprint into Germany and France. This acquisition will allow Archax to add advisory, distribution, portfolio management, and contract brokerage permissions to its offerings. Additionally, Archax recently collaborated with Lloyds Banking Group and Aberdeen Investments on a UK-first FX trade using tokenized real-world assets as collateral.
