Well it happened and it's expected to close tomorrow. Negatives are obvious dilution the price etc. Positives: they'll have $50 million. If they prove the scalability and the economics of the metals business this will supercharge the business and allow them to capture the solar panel recycling market in America. The institutions that came in during Autumn PP seem quite committed which is promising. They just got a better deal."
