"Vrbo sent me this letter yesterday after the day before they sent me a whole packet to claim things. Now the owner of it is saying that Im lying and my allegations for false. So now they are refusing to pay anything. Besides the pain this was another reason that made me angry. I never asked for anything other than to have her insurance help pay. And now Im a liar.
