"Today's trades: $TEVA long - bought 3/20/26 30c @ XXXX $FIG short - bought 3/20/26 30p @ XXXX $HIMS short - bought 2/20/26 33p @ XXXX That's it for today. I also liked $AMD & $HOOD short setups but the options chains looked expensive currently. Will sit and wait for now. I probably have room for X or X more swing positions depending on size. Plus I'd like to stay nimble and considerate of the potential for that $SPY XXX breakout and flip quickly if needed. $HIMS and $FIG being weaker names shouldn't bounce as much as $AMD or $HOOD would if we do see that breakout"

"Bought $FIG 3/20/26 30P @ XXXX $FIG has been riding those EMAs since 10/16. We had a little bit of a relief rally back to XX on light volume I'd expect another rejection and continuation lower into EOY. This is a loss harvesting name for many who participated in the IPO. This one seems textbook short the weak name here and this is one of the weakest there is (also $HIMS is weak but its up YTD and less likely to be a loss harvesting name.) Stop above XXXXX VAH"

"$U look at this chart breaking out over the 50M. How often do we see that Also strong flows hitting the tape today. I took two trades: Sold to open 5/15/26 40p @ XXXX Bought to open 5/15/26 65c @ XXXX Took a ratio of more calls to sold puts cause of margin requirements but the put sales will help finance the long leg since today its up X% and premiums are expensive. "FOMC tomorrow should be interesting. $SPY currently sitting at the POC trend is currently up and if the market reacts positively to fed rate decision/comments then I would expect a move up towards the VAH at XXX. A day like tomorrow would likely give it enough volume to break past the resistance and into ATHs if the market reacts negatively $SPY could move quickly down to the VAL & 21D EMA convergence around XXX.
