"Maybe Im dumb but is there a point were $PAR should outsource its hardware business like $VYX did Looking at 3Q25 gross margins in hardware and professional services seemed like a $1.5M-$2.5M headwind for Adj. EBITDA (assuming flat margins). Would have been the difference of almost 100-250bps of margin beating the street by quite a bit. IMO 4Q25 with normal hardware could have substantial margin expansion maybe as high as 7-9% Adj. EBITDA margins"
