If you add a large portion of low/no tip orders to the total pool of deliveries then the batches you divide up will average lower than if the no tip deliveries were excluded. You justify the loss for the driver by saying all drivers will experience the same damage to their "batches" so it is ok"

"@hopsgoround @DoorDash This may surprise you but tipping amounts correlate with the income of the customer. Low income individuals have less means to compensate. Also if these are special free deliveries there is a good chance no option to tip will be available for the people receiving the food"

"So they hire a company to process this as a self-insured insurance claim. So they are paying for the damages from money they have saved and this other company negotiates. This other company are the ones who have acting unfairly and inappropriately on top of the original mistake. The two companies together are running a Racket. Like RICO racket. They are trying to enforce and invoice they claimed that I signed but I never signed an invoice. By claiming I signed the invoice they are committing fraud and forging my signature. So they have fraud signature that they claim allows them not to pay"
