There are reports of ongoing violence and human rights abuses in Gaza, with Israeli forces killing Palestinians, including in a recent incident where X were killed in Gaza City. The situation is being described as genocide and a holocaust by some, with criticism of Israel's actions and its allies for enabling them. Meanwhile, NYC mayoral candidate Zohrank Mamdani, who has spoken out in support of Palestine, appears to have won a significant number of votes, including from some Jewish voters.
