"This is inaccurate sHYUSD is not a stablecoin so it cannot be described as having depegged. sHYUSD is a stability pool token and is behaving exactly as designed. When the collateral ratio (CR) falls below 130% the underlying hyUSD deposited in the stability pool is gradually converted into xSOL. If you cant bear the risk you can simply exit your sHYUSD position as the CR approaches 130% and avoid the volatility. sHYUSD isnt a locked position. In fact this actually helps the protocol informed users can exit both their sHYUSD and then hyUSD positions at once reducing the total backing required. And if you chose to hold your sHYUSD position for potential upside after the rebalance as happened twice in the past (knowing well that past performance doesnt guarantee future results) is it"
