"The lore of Internet Capital Memes $ICM/TLDR: On the 9/10/25 Solana added a new account to their affiliated accounts on X @luminariessol (Only six accounts are affiliated all serious ones but this one was different) and that account had in it's bio only this: "Internet Capital Memes". A random dev launched a coin for it $ICM and the coin pumped as people speculated about why that account was made and what it was going to post. Later that same day @luminariessol made their first post a picture of @0xMert_ bald head😂 which made $ICM surge because that post was a meme and people started"
