"UX issues on all sides. Tends to introduce more problems than it solves. Events/ticketing is so varied the apps tend to try and build for every kind of event instead of focusing on one kind of event. Usually their first customers/users are crypto companies and theres so rarely a crypto event that people actually pay for so theres no real market to be explored. If theres a market where secondary sales are actually high volume (pro sports for example) companies like Ticketmaster tend to control those markets and theres not much incentive for a venue/org to switch to a rather unproven crypto"
