"I've seen this style of roof to wall slope leak so many times. On this particular case the soffit overhang onto the roof was almost too tight to even get underneath the clean out all of the debris. Luckily we don't get a ton of rain in Boise Idaho but when you terminate a roof slope into a veneer wall it's bound to leak sometime. "On the Square D circuit breakers there is a little groove where the wire is landed. Besides a lot of of these wires not sitting in the groove properly they were not even close to being torqued to proper specs.
