"I would likely do a bit more research into alternate devices if I plan to make the jump and sign up for a collar overall though I didnt have any big issues with it. If I did have an escape artist it would be in my consideration. The battery life was pretty good. Periodically it thought she was elsewhere but that wasnt too common. I didnt get to test the lost dog mode truly because she did not get actually lost but it did seem to keep up with her when she was being picked up to go elsewhere. The step counter is fun but really that is it. The customer service flat out sucks; that is the biggest"
