While there are programs that are designated as "AAPC Approved" because they use the official curriculum there really is no designation of accreditation when it comes to medical billing and coding. You can sit for any AAPC credential with whatever training (or lack of training) you may have. Accreditation really only comes into play with some of the advanced certifications through AHIMA like the RHIT -- you would need to go through an accredited associate's degree program to sit for that credential.
